Berlin-East Frisian Heindenreich, also known as one half of Leggings, a slow Indie-Dance formation with his partner in crime DJ Cremant, challenges Francophile vocalist ANGST vor GRETA for his Je Palpite EP on Dutch label Sinchi Collective. Beside the original version of Je Palpite, the track comes with remixes from Calypso head honcho Thomas Jackson and Robert Johnson mainstay Chinaski, who finally delivers new material after his collaboration with Curses on Dischi Autunno earlier this year. As expected and as fresh as a tropical fruit Chinaski squeezes the Disco-ish note out of Heidenreich’s original and exchanges it with more progressive and heavily hitting electroid essences that turn his version of Je Palpite to a kiwano, an exotic warm composition with an edgy and raw musical backbone.
