Two of the scene’s most divine and iconic producers, namely Martin Stimming and Marcus Worgull, team up for their debut EP Eiger Nordwand on Henrik Schwarz‘s Sunday Music Records. And while the EP’s title track is – at least when it comes to the name of the track – referring to the Alps Cwejman’s Tale tells the story of “a lonely wolf“ who had already worked on the bass line before the Rhenish blithe spirit Marcus Worgull joined because his train had been late. But the passionate artist of course added his note to the track, specifically the organic sounding and hunting lead synth-melody is an ideal co-production of the befriended artists and is, in the course of the track fortified with single but not singular piano sounds giving Cwejman’s Tale a slightly melancholic yet peaceful vibe that could easily represent the harmony of Martin’s and Marcus’ eleven year long lasting friendship, which is musically captured in this track and the EP.
Stimming’s and Worgull’s mutual EP Eiger Nordwand will be released on Sunday Music Records April 17th, 2020.
