Dutchman Jan van der Lugt alias Tsepo is known for his eclectic and carefully selected DJ-sets. As a former resident of Amsterdam nightlife institution Trouw Tsepo has became a widely known artist within the local, national and international electronic music scene.. Meanwhile the artist does not only play abroad regularly but also hosts events at legendary Shelter club in Amsterdam where he shares decks with icons such as Red Axes, Ame and many others. In an all intimate art:cast special Tsepo exposes the reasons why he has become an in-demand DJ within in the scene, whose focus certainly lays on spinning records than producing – even though he remix for Icelandic band GusGus’ track ‘Airwaves’ in 2014 was groundbreaking.
