ART:CAST #94 by Chinaski

Frankfurt-based artist Stefan Haag, better known under his Chinaski alias, has been spoiling the electronic music scene with his unique dark-disco-esque music over the past years at both: the club and on labels like Jennifer Cardini’s and Noura Labbani’s Dischi Autunno or Peter Invasion’s and Panthera Krause’s Riotvan and, of course, Live At Robert Johnson. The latter is not only home to Chinaski’s physical or digital releases but, as it is connected to the famous nightlife club in Offenbach, offers the artist a regular playground to play his music to a sophisticated and demanding crowd. The same he shall reach with his latest contribution to Torture the Artist’s art:cast series as Stefan smoothly guides us through an hour full of but not only disco-esque moments, skillfully mixed and compiled and resulting in a homage the genre has been offering its true followers as Chinaski shares his musical knowledge and experience with them, us, the (TTA) world.
