With his real as well as artist name meaning ‘son of a raven’ Cormac delivers an art:cast that musically portrays the characteristics of the black bird: it’s smart, it’s keeping its audience moving and it’s creative, but foremost it’s 100% Cormac. The London-based artist, whose Perfect Time release on Jennifer Cardini’s Correspondant label namely had hinted at what turned into reality a couple of days ago: the launch of Polari Records, mixed and compiled seventy minutes of eclectic disco-ish sounds with a partly deep-melodic touch. As most clubs are closed the former Nag Nag Nag door man opens his gate into another musical dimension with a musical mixture aiming at the dance floor and head-phone listeners at once.
