To mark ten years of Salty Nuts, Fabe returns with “Flowkey“, his first EP of 2026 – and the A2 cut, “Don’t Stop The Fight,” captures the label’s identity with sharp precision. Released as a limited obi strip edition exclusive, the record celebrates a decade of groove-first philosophy, and this track sits right at its center of gravity.
“Don’t Stop The Fight” unfolds on a tight drum pattern, crisp and steady, with a punchy bassline that keeps things pushing forward without becoming heavy-handed. The low end moves in a continuous loop, creating a sense of flow rather than sudden impact. Subtle deep synth tones sit underneath, adding warmth and atmosphere while staying slightly in the background – more texture than spotlight.
The male vocal sample repeating “Don’t Stop The Fight” drops in with rhythmic purpose. It doesn’t dominate the track but works as a recurring pulse, blending into the groove and reinforcing its forward motion. Around it, sharp sample chops and minimal melodic touches flicker in and out, giving the arrangement shape without overcrowding it.
There’s a certain steadiness to the way the track progresses. It rolls, gradually layering small details while maintaining a consistent drive. The energy feels adaptable – equally at home building momentum in earlier hours or keeping bodies locked in during deeper stretches of a set.
A focused, groove-led House cut with just enough depth in its synth work to soften the edges, “Don’t Stop The Fight” stays true to the club without overcomplicating the formula.
