Vinyl, the eternal medium of music, the artifact that carries history in its grooves, the tangible proof that music is meant to be felt—not just heard. And where better to celebrate its unwavering presence than within the heart of DBH Music’s warehouse in Frankfurt? Sheltered by shelves stacked with wax, absolutely on Music meets DBH Music Pt. 4 pays tribute to the art of vinyl DJing, delivering a curated selection of sound straight from the source.
Guiding the night is Robert Drewek, the force behind DBH Music and the Rawax cosmos, whose influence in the vinyl scene extends far beyond mere curation—he’s been shaping the industry for decades.
Alongside him, Matt Schildger, a key figure at DBH and a producer whose work has graced Rawax and numerous other respected labels, steps up to the decks. When not in the studio, he co-runs Mainrecords with his brother Christian, ensuring wax finds its way into the right hands.
Adding another dimension to the session, Holger Breuer, the mastermind behind Torture the Artist, delivers selections that balance instinct with intellect, moving between the cerebral and the raw.
Completing the lineup, Milan’s Glo My brings fresh energy to the Rawax universe. With her EP Protenzione still echoing across turntables and a recent contribution to a Houseworx VA—the label run by Matt and Robert—she makes her way to Frankfurt, ready to translate her vision into sound.
No USBs. No sync buttons. Just hands on wax, needles on records, and pure, unfiltered music.
Tune in. Turn up. Let the records speak.
