Tel-Aviv-born but Berlin-based artist DJ DASCO is back with her second single on her own label Bisexuality Exists Records and continues her quality output of releases, which have seen DASCO releasing infectious House Music on label such as Shall Not Fade, Local Talk, Housewax or Best’s Friends.
Just like her artistically being DASCO’s latest single Feel My Love is an energetic House track with influences from 90s UK House with a ravey note and hits the ravages of time. The track’s acidic lines and the partly repeated question Can You Feel My Love? – the spoken vocals come from DASCO too – set the base for a quite peak-time-ish take as it combines classic influences from House Music’s golden era and transports it into present times. It feels like DASCO is celebrating or paying tribute to the before-mentioned musical period of time by creating her own 90s vibe in the 20s.
Overall Feel My Love is a winner for any House-set with love for contemporary club music that picks up on the early days of the genre’s music and adds a modern twist to it. Feel the love, feel the energy.
